SUZANNE P. FRANCHETTI
Managing Director

Suzanne Franchetti, M.Ed., is a 17-year veteran in preparing executives to communicate effectively during business-critical presentations, meetings, media interviews and crisis situations. She coaches all levels of executives, with an emphasis on the mid to senior management of a wide variety of financial service, professional service, retail and industrial firms. She was one three elite presentation coaches invited to prepare speakers at the 2012 Democratic National Convention in Charlotte, NC.

Clients include: Fannie Mae, Credit Suisse, General Electric, Tiffany & Co., Northrop Grumman, Warburg Pincus, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Macquarie Securities, Westinghouse Nuclear, Thomson Reuters, Franklin Templeton, BlackRock, JH Cohn, Moore Capital, Perella Weinberg and BIC. She has trained executives at the headquarters of Petrobras in Brazil, Pemex in Mexico City, and the Governments of Mexico, Paraguay, Uruguay and Bermuda. Through JFCI’s very specialized messaging and delivery techniques, Ms. Franchetti gets right to the core of how to communicate business-critical information. Her media interview preparation techniques have allowed thousands of clients to successfully handle both friendly and contentious interviews with all major media outlets, newspapers and trade journals. Ms. Franchetti authored guides on media interview preparation for PricewaterhouseCoopers and Tiffany & Co.

Ms. Franchetti has been a featured speaker at events including Morgan Stanley’s financial advisor and Latin American Investment Banking conferences; the Financial Women’s Association; the women’s groups at Goldman Sachs and DLJ; Columbia Business School and the business schools of Fordham University and Baruch College. Her voice-mail selling skills program, developed initially for the equity research division of Morgan Stanley, was the first of its kind on Wall Street

In addition to her communications consulting practice, Ms. Franchetti coaches a select number of high-potential executive women through ceoHER™, a sister company to JFCI www.ceoHER.com. She holds an AB from Mount Holyoke College and a M.Ed. in counseling and personnel services from the University of Maryland at College Park.
